#10 MozzIE 1.7.1 doesn't work for uncacheable pages

MozzIE 1.7.1 won't render the page at all (it shows up like if it was a totally blank document) if the XForms is served with the following HTTP headers:

Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate
Pragma: no-cache
