The application is a .xpi file.
To install the application, just pull the .xpi file to Mozilla/Firefox. A installation message box will appear. Follow the instruction then it gets installed.
To make the application works, you need to have a RSS 1.0 source. Add the source to the menu/toolbar from Config and it will start to load the RSS source. And you would find the menu/toolbar will have some items from the RSS.
The simpliest config is left everything default (i.e. manual and '(Auto)' Root ID).
