#3 Duplicate folder/links

On update it happened several times, that root folders
occured double or tripled. After restart it was OK, but
the links inside the folders are duplicated now. Upload
does not solve the problem.

It is mainly due to the non-consisent multi-threaded update.
I have did some work about this on the new release 0.2.2 but
I am not sure if it would fix it or not.
