MozCache 1.4.8 released

Firefox uses an updated cache format, which is now supported (the index
file version is still 0.1, but the cache meta files now have version 0.2).
Also a few improvements were done, and some minor bugs were fixed.

Binaries for linux-i686, linux-x86_64 and win32-i686 are also available.
