#64 Split "Email filters" from the "Emails" category

When doing a Thunderbird backup, "Email filters" are only saved when "Email" detail category is selected.
But I don't want to save all emails, it makes the backup too big and i can sync them from the server anyways.
I'd really want the option to backup all settings except downloaded emails, and ticking "Accounts settings only" does not store email filters.
