#54 setting "download this folder" for imap folders

Hi

I use t-bird to access an imap server, which contains about 30 folders.

The mail is filtered server-side so I need to specify for each folder that must be included in the check for new mails.

It should be great to be able to save this setting for every folder, so moving a profile will restore this setting for every folder.
