#44 Automatic backup: Cannot handle utf-8 encoding

If command line configuration files are encoded in utf-8 rather than ANSI,
mozbackup stops automatic operation and reports in error.log:

Bad action defined in config file.
Bad application defined in config file.

Changing the file encoding to ANSI resolves this issue.

In march 2022 Mozbackup is still working even under Windows 10 64 bits 21H2 but you should know that Mozbackup (1.5.1) does not work in batch mode with Thunderbird 97.1.0 !!!
If you look at the Mozbackup error.log (under C:\users\xxxxxx\Appdata\roaming\mozbackup you'll see this error message "Bad application defined in config file" because Mozbackup is written in 32bits and It cannot work (in batch mode) with a thunderbird version 64 bits.
If you want that Mozbackup works in batch mode you have to re install Thunderbird in 32 bits version (78.4.0 for example) and then automatically upgrade thunderbird into the last version (nowdays 97.1.0) in this case thunderbird remains in 32bits, and Mozbackup will work fine in batch mode and still of course in interactive mode .
