#1 Signing of lbsproxy failed

I downloaded lbsproxy-1.0-unsigned.sis and tried to sign it through Symbian Signed Online on https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/page/public/openSignedOnline.do

But this failed, giving the error:

Your application (lbsproxy-1.0-unsigned.sis) signing
has failed. This may be because it has been flagged as a potential virus by our
scanning or because the format of your sis file is incorrect or corrupt. Please
try re-building your .sis file and re-submitting.
