#5 Option to not overwrite existing files

I would love to have an option for the application to not overwrite existing files. Example is when running against a folder, and you have run the tool there before, but new video files have been added and you want thumbnails created for only the new files.

I imagine this as a command line option which is off by default, and when it is on, the output file name is checked to see if it exists before the work of generating the thumbnail is started.
