#9 Make documentation/source build with JDK >= 1.5

Important: JDK >= 1.5 is needed after this in order to compile documentation
Source code's limitation is removed but nothing was added to make it not compile.
- Changed build to remove 1.4 limitation and pass outdir parameter to manual-help.xsl
that will be used to output files generated inside it.
- Upgraded references to XLST in manual-help.xsl to match change from Xalan-J to
XLSTC in JDK >= 1.5

Please, test it, I already did with JDK 1.7 and JDK 1.4 (doesn't compile due to changes mentioned above).
Help seems to be working fine.

If everyone agrees, I'll commit it. This one is different from the one I suggested in the mailing list as no external libraries are needed besides the ones already included with JDK.
