MouseController_1.9.1.0 install Error is as here:
Am running Windows 7 Ultimate x32 bit
Am unable to install.

It's an x86 build, so that shouldn't be a problem. Are you on ServicePack1?
Were you running 1.9.0.0 before?

Try the portable version (attached)
You will have to install the .Net Framework 4.6 first. There's a download link in the .zip
