The reason it's where it is in the main FFADO codebase is because the position used for "main out" on the MkII is used by AES/EBU on the Traveler (my interface) and having the defacto default channel being AES/EBU is a bit of a pain in the field. Having said that, I could look into moving things around a bit in the light of this issue to make things easier for MkII owners. However, this might not occur over the next few weeks because I'm doing audio for a theatre show and therefore don't expect to have too much free time over that time. > The analog out 1 led should be ON, because a 1kHz test tone is send to it > by FFADO. If it's blinking, the sink is probably loosed. True. If it's blinking it means the test tone output is intermittant. Since a continuous tone is generated the blinking does indicate that something is amiss. Having said that, a loss of sync often causes the LEDs of other channels to flash intermittantly as data ends up going to the wrong channels. Regards jonathan |
