A generalized framework for frame grabbers, with
specific implementations for the gbcam, ramcam, cmu-
cam and selected OVXXXX modules. Captured images will
be stored in a normalized format compatible with
libgraphics and libvision. Support for the cmu-cam
motion tracker and a pan-tilt-zoom driver model should
probably go in separate libs.
