Has anyone been able to get this phone to work under Linux? After modprobing cdc-acm I still do not have /dev/ttyACM0 and all my dmesg shows is this

usbcore: registered new interface driver cdc_acm
drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.c: v0.25:USB Abstract Control Model driver for USB modems and ISDN adapters
usb 2-2.2: reset high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 33
usb 1-10: USB disconnect, address 4

Its my understanding that the reason the k1m doesn't work is because Verizon does something to it so it requires a special driver. The normal Linux does does not recognize it so the driver must be patched in order for it to work.

In the world of linux 5 months is a long time... has anyone solved this problem yet?
