This file is bundled with the UML1.4 JMI interfaces : jmiuml14-di.jar..

You missed something in java:

 THERE IS A CLASSPATH COMPOSED BY MANY repertories/archive (that exactly t=
he same...) therefore, any resource (a file, a class...) can be looked up =
in the Working Directory (1 relative/absolut name=3D1 or 0 file) OR in the=
 classpath (1 name =3D many or 0 files...)

The class path is a sort of multipexer for the classpath entries...

when you write Class.getResource (...) you look in the classpath...
