[Motion-user] motion with palantir

Well I've given up for now using just motion for a
webcam. But palantir works pretty good on presenting a
stream and motion works good by presenting a means of
controlling the camera and motion tracking and
producing a second v4l interface that palantir can
connect to :-) So I'm using them together for now.
