[Motion-user] webcam connecting?

I'm not sure I have it all setup right? I'm trying to
use cambozola with motion but its not seeming to work.
What all do I need to use cambozola with motion? Do I
need an older version of ffmpeg? Do I need some other
settings?

motion-3.2.3
ffmpeg-0.4.9-0.lvn.0.18.20050801.4
cambozola-0.65

I set
ppm=off
ffmpeg_cap_new=off
jpeg_filename = recent
snapshot_filename = snapshot
snapshot_interval = 1
webcam_port = 7979
target_dir = /var/www/html/cam1
webcam_localhost = off

I left all the other options as they where
If I try connecting cambozola
like so

java -jar cambozola.jar http://localhost:7979/

I get

java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer

If I get this working I can get it to work from a
webpage.

For now using the snapshots and a page that constantly
refreshes it works but is ugly

Do I need to do something with webcam options?
It seems to me thats using some other webcam as a
