[Motion-user] Compile err

[arvee <ar...@gm...>]

When trying to compile motion 3.2.11 on Fedora 9 I get a No FFMpeg
support error.
FFMpeg  4.9.x from Livna is on the system.

Does 3.2.11 work with 4.9 FFMpeg?
