It is the only USB device, connected to one of the 6 USB 2.0 ports at the back. I use Ubuntu 8.10 64bit Desktop .. looks for me more and more like a driver problem. With 3 it doesn't die instantly but I only see black or black with blue bold horizontal lines and white dots flying around. After 3-5 connection losts to the camara the Segmentation Fault occur.
