[Motion-user] tilt has delay, anyone experienced this ?

Hi All,

Following http://www.lavrsen.dk/twiki/bin/view/Motion/UvcvideoDynctrl
I now have pan / tilt control of my orbit USB wbcam and have
integrated it into kmotion ... yay :)

Only problem is left / right is almost instant but up / down seems to
have a delay of about 1 second before the motor kicks in. I am
assuming this is deep in motion or the webcam driver, has anyone else
experienced this and does anyone have any workarounds ?
