I cannot use mjegsnif and dump it to the website cause I don’t what’s the mjpeg stream URL. I also just figured out that the new feature added by the firmware at http://192.168.0.10/viewj.cgi?profile=5 is a Java applet. How can I find the stream url starting from that? I also have an ActiveX control in the admin page where I see the stream. Anyway, here’s the source code of the html page with the Java applet: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd"> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> <title> Network Camera</title> </title> </head> <body onLoad=""> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="10"> <tr> <td align="center"> <object classid = "clsid:CAFEEFAC-0015-0000-0012-ABCDEFFEDCBA" codebase = "http://java.sun.com/update/1.5.0/jinstall-1_5_0_12-windows-i586.cab#Version=5,0,120,4" WIDTH = "640" HEIGHT = "480" NAME = "ucx" > <PARAM NAME = CODE VALUE = "ultracam.class" > <PARAM NAME = ARCHIVE VALUE = "ultracam.jar" > <PARAM NAME = NAME VALUE = "ucx" > <param name = "type" value = "application/x-java-applet;jpi-version=1.5.0_12"> <param name = "scriptable" value = "false"> <PARAM NAME = "accountcode" VALUE="admin" /> <PARAM NAME = "codebase" VALUE="http://192.168.0.10:80/admin" /> <PARAM NAME = "mode" VALUE="0" /> <comment> <embed type = "application/x-java-applet" \ CODE = "ultracam.class" \ ARCHIVE = "ultracam.jar" \ NAME = "ucx" \ WIDTH = "640" \ HEIGHT = "480" \ accountcode ="admin" / \ codebase ="http://192.168.0.10:80/admin" / \ mode ="0" / \ scriptable = false pluginspage = "http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/index.html#download"> <noembed> </noembed> </embed> </comment> </object></td> </tr> </table> </body> </html> From: mot...@li... Hi Pascal, If you have it on hand, can you e-mail me - or put only on the section reserved to these dumps on the website - a sample of the MJPEG stream that you are able to get from the camera ? This way I can tell you if there's a chance or not for the Linksys patch to work with your camera. I found that the IP110 firmware update gives this new feature: 3. Supported MJPEG HTML hidden page without ID/Password accessible. Same as TV-IP312(W) http://IP address/jpgview.htm. and that page is resolve to http://192.168.0.10/viewj.cgi?profile=5 which gives a stream in my browser, but I cannot access it with motion. I also tried the wget stream debug way, and mencoder doesn't recognize the header, so the stream is not ok. I'll try to debug it when I'll more time.
