Yeah, was that the wrong thing to do?

I just nano'd into thread1.conf and thread2.conf and switched 8081 to 8082, and vice versa, so Camera 1 was now 8082 and Camera 2 was now 8081. The problem stayed consistent where 8082 failed to work where 8081 worked fine with the second camera.

When you say you swapped them did you just swap the webcam_port
settings in the two above and leave *everything* else the same?
