[cam1]-[cam4] frames goes to motion running on CCTV PC and live preview goes to [Monitor] using Chrome.
[cam5] output goes to mjpeg_streamer running on Raspberry and then to motion on CCTV PC as netcam and live preview goes to [Monitor] using Chrome.

There is no software in that scheme...

Could you be more precise about your setup? What input goes where, etc? A scheme would be nice (ASCII art allowed!)

Because using this cable extending hardware pwc sometimes gives frame errors and other bad things. When using palantir to same thing after error appeard stream stopped and I must restart camera. Motion handles it very good and stream not stopping. mjpg-streamer is very good (6% CPU load on Rapsberry pi 1280x720 25FPS) but my Philips webcams is not uvc compatible. Thanks for reply.

Why are you using motion at all then?
