I'm wondering if the cut and paste behavior is breaking due to a mixed X environment and KDE (based on Qt)? I don't know. There have been other reports of the breakage that you have described. There's been no resolution to date. -- jlf Ulrich Ring <ur...@da...> on 07/09/2002 08:37:10 AM To: mot...@li... cc: (bcc: Jeffrey Franks/US/I-O INC) Subject: [Motiftools-users] XmtInputField ignores text from copy-to() action. Hi Xmt experts, I'm not able to drop/paste some text as input into an XmtInputField widget, i.e.: (1) select some text elsewhere (mouse button 1) (2) put it into the input field at some position (mouse button 2) I made a fresh build of the current Xmt 4.0 with Motif 2.1, on Linux (suse) with gcc 2.95.3 and KDE 2 or 3 The base widget of class XmText works well. Any hints?
