mspec
this readme file is part of KSE software infrastructure
Multi-traits model for plankton dynamics developed at KSE.
- /mspec folder should be included in $FABMDIR/models/hzg
- The files in /compilation_files should be replaced in $FABMDIR/models/hzg
- put the testcases directory in $FABMDIR/... /testcases/kristineberg_using_mspec reproduce the results of the original kristineb model using mspec. Included in this folder are .nml and .yaml files for model configuration, as well as scripts for running the model (run.sh) and ploting the results (plotfile.plt).
