#2 Store states of Letters,Numbers,Symbols in config.ini

The program always starts the GUI with only Letters enabled.
If I made a change, then stopped m-c, I must set those controls manually when I start again.

Suggest.
Store the states of all three char types: Letters, Numbers, and Symbols;
and restore those states when m-c is next started.
