Simply display the whole path inside the window title instead of a shortened name.

Path is shortened because it doesnt necessarily fit to the title bar. Currently MorphOS doesnt allow obtaining visible width of title text so current implementation remains.

And maybe a string gadged with full path instead of that? Additionaly it would brings an user an ability to copy/paste a path and edit it.
