#125 Make it easier to create default icons

Creating a default icon for an iconless file should definitely be made easier. I strongly suggest to follow Amiga workbench's behaviour: snapshotting an iconless file creates a solid icon for it on the flight (if somebody insists this would be wrong and blah blah, then u can make this as an user selectable option in the prefs editor of course). But even from inside the Information requester there should be a button or menu for doing the same, to do a nice job. Thanks.
