#119 Common action with mouse over icon

Hello,

I would love to have common actions showed when the mouse is over an icon.

A transparent layer would popup over the icon with some graphic buttons placed on a circle path around the icon.

Those buttons would allow most common action to be done with one click (info / rename / duplicate / open / edit / copy / cut / delete / rexx...).

The layer fades when the mouse is over.

This addon would save thousands miles for mices all over the world. It will save as well thousand of right click as we need to do two clicks to access contextual menu, one for opening, one for selecting.

Removing one click is step forward.

This feature is never seen yet to me. Anyone have seen such ?
