#116 Updating MorphOS 2.x - user's Ambient images not preserved

Ambient, as it comes with MorphOS 2.x, is not aware of images that the user has replaced by his own ones.
Updating from 2.0 to any higher 2.y, even 2.4 does not preserve all settings. Ambient toolbar images (SYS:MorphOS/Ambient/images/ both menu/* and toolbar/*) get overwritten during every upgrade same as menu images and default icons in SYS:Prefs/Presets/Deficons. You have to restore them manually everytime.
