#112 Dual-PNG: pink/wrong-coloured icons in requesters/windows

Attached screenshot shows best what goes wrong with dual-PNG icons. Some are shown as complete pink square, others have a grey background and wrong colours. This may be related to bugs #1880319 and #1831353 as the dual-PNG implementation seems to be incomplete or wrong. All icons besides cubic: are dual-PNG, so you can see that some of them (DH7:, RAM:) get displayed correctly. All the others are misinterpreted.

This is rather a muiasl issue there. And dualpng icons were supported, but it seems that once again they changed their format. Too bad, but we won't waste much more time implementing broken icon formats. :)
