The linuxrc script in the miniroot image from the
0.4-1c ISO contains both USBBOOT and BOOTUSB meaning
the same thing. This causes USB boot not to work. The
variable BOOTUSB should be named USBBOOT.

arg, that was a silly bug. I'll get a new boot image out
tomorrow (with a bit of luck) with your patch applied.
