Hey Joshua,

If you want to do this system-wide, you'd probably modify /etc/profile
in the mainmod. For only the morph-user, you could take a look in the
/etc/skel/ files.

You could use a minimod (there are more ways than one to get this to
work). You could modify your ~/.bash_profile and make a
homedirectory-minimodule, which would set the JAVA_HOME variable for the
current user.
