[Morphix-devel] CD-image related package renames

Hi Morphers,

as of today, Debian sid has seen the following name changes:

  * Packages renamed: cdda2wav -> icedax, mkisofs -> genisoimage,
    + cdda2wav and mkisofs retained as dummy packages.

[from the changelog of cdrkit (9:1.1.0-1) unstable].

As there still are the dummy packages, my bet is our tools will continue
working, but it's something to keep our eye on when weird build bugs
start showing up. Besides, after Etch's release, I guess the dummy
packages will be removed at some time.
