Are this new features of the new XOrg-Server they use (instead the > old debian stable one) or did they develop a (better?) monitor scanner? Morphix uses hwdata/hwsetup, based on Knoppix, for autodetecting monitors. I'll do a bit of investigating on what Ubuntu uses, it's been a while since I looked at them. Note that Ubuntu's Live CD isn't based on Morphix any more. cheers, Alex -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFHnOqJQeuQA5TF/UsRAqFcAJ9xE/yYbT7PBCh3Ifx01iv5RS+RsgCaA+RD BhhiVUZeKE4ZRNyEn4NJZVc= =zD+b -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- |
