#247 bad GRAB menu.lst USB boot entries

For 0.5-pre5,

linuxrc in miniroot.gz is parsing for bootusb1 and
bootusb2.

menu.lst is setting options usbboot1 and usbboot2.

These need to agree. Also (on my machine) it was
necessary to increase the sleep time in linuxrc waiting
for the usb modules to load.
