#246 first bootparam is not detected

Hello,
I played with Morphix, it's really great, but a little
bug (inherited from Knoppix I think) caused me hours of
trouble:
the first kernel parameter is not detected by the
getbootparam function in the knoppix-autoconf script,
as it has not a leading space. (I modified lang=us many
times without any effect)
I think the easiest workaround is to supply the missing
space in the CMDLINE line like this:
CMDLINE=" $(cat /proc/cmdline)"

note: I submitted this bug to Knoppix too
