#1 Aspects support

Aspects, based on AOP, support has been broken in
recent versions. The feature was broken to inprove the
effeciantcy of the client server communication.

Previously loading large layers took 50 seconds now it
takes 2 - 3 seconds in servlet mode.

This feature will be fixed when there is a need for it in
one of the applications.
