SVN anonymous access should be possible by connecting to these URLs. I tried to test it, but Eclipse won't let me because it already knows a username/password for those repositories. svn://development.spiderstrategies.com/composite svn://development.spiderstrategies.com/morph I didn't know SF had SVN access, otherwise I would have tried that out. If we can't get annonymous SVN access working on dev.ss.com, I would certainly consider moving to SVN on SF or to some other location.
