#8 The proper truststore is not used

In some configurations (notably, Apache+Resin on Linux)
the configured truststore is not used - the JVM default
(JRE_HOME/lib/security/cacerts) overrides the explicitly
specified truststore set by the javax.net.ssl.trustStore
system property.

The temporary workaround is to use the JVM default
truststore instead of the truststore set in the Directory
Manager configuration.

Note that the JNDIBackend and JNDIBackendFactory
classes have a number of log messages related to
solving possible truststore issues. These are to be
removed when the issue is resolved. Do a search
for "DEBUG" to find these (loglevel INFO).
