#1 Update to HTML for IMs and Forum Posts

Update to HTML for IMs and Forum Posts so that they
display properly with the other HTML tables and etc
corrected like it is in the morewebapp zip file. Add these
to their respective files in your user-lib. Will be included
in the core of a later release, probably in shortened
format. Comments are left in for the purpose of further
work.
