PHP v.4.4.4
MySQL v.4
WinXP SP2

User A with admin rights create task and delegate it to another user B.
User B has only one right to browse tasks which user A has delegated to him. All other (ToDo) rights are red (righthand).

But to my surprise and affliction user B can to delete and edit tasks.

Please, help me to find out my mistake!
