#305 Printable Calendar

It would be extremely useful to me if there was a way
to print a clean copy of a users calendar. Right now
printing by just printing the screen or by selecting
and printing the selection come out ugly and/or
non-readable. Color isn't necessary (the color to
indicate the type of appointment), just a clean looking
copy of a users Monthly calendar.
