#616 Missing "Estimated time to complete"

In the projects module, it's possible to plan the
estimated time for a task, and update the hours worked.
However, when the planned time was, let's say, 40
hours, and the hours worked was 32, the gantt chart
still shows the the task as 80% complete, even when
it's marked "complete".

An "Estimated time to complete" field could solve this.
For a projectmanager, that'll also warn you in time
when a task will be over budget.

Changing the planned view is no option from a planning
point of view.
