[more-general] more-0.7.4 released

Release note:

The build model is flattend to speed up the build and give 'make' a
better chance of figuring out dependencies.  Improved error handling
in 'io::socket'.  Various new functions and classes including a better
N-ary tree implementation 'gen::ntree'; parsing of configuration files
'io::config_file'; copy various kind of inodes 'io::copy_node',
'io::copy_node_rec'.  Added more documentation.

[more-general] Release more-0.7.3

'more' version 0.7.3 is released.  From the NEWS file:

Better POSIX conformance, in particular, the library now compiles on
Alpha OSF1 V4.0 878 with GCC 3.0.4, but runtime is not tested due to
linker problems with the GCC installation.  Fixed a bug in the build
model that prevented libltdl from being included in the distribution.
Some bugfixes, especially in the ENSDF parser.  Now using the zlib and
the bzlib for io::ifstream auto-decompression, if available.
