Release note:

The build model is flattend to speed up the build and give 'make' a
better chance of figuring out dependencies.  Improved error handling
in 'io::socket'.  Various new functions and classes including a better
N-ary tree implementation 'gen::ntree'; parsing of configuration files
'io::config_file'; copy various kind of inodes 'io::copy_node',
'io::copy_node_rec'.  Added more documentation.
