#37 Drop-down ignores the size attribute

e.g.: size="10" does nothing:

                        <drop-down allow-empty="true" combo-box="true" size="10">
                            <list-options list="localeStringList"/>
                        </drop-down>

Nevermind; this is not a bug.

Size is passed to the <select> tag and determines the number of options to show.

It appears that perhaps there isn't a way to pass in a size to the input field then like there is with text-line.
