#3 Library built, but not executable

Hi,
This is a great project, but I am having some issues
installing the software. I followed the INSTALL file,
but contrary to the documentation, although the library
was built, the executable 'mopac7' was not built. How
do I build the executable from the library?
I am running Redhat Enterprise Linux with kernel
2.6.9-11.smp.
