Changelog files are text, you could merge these changelogs from
mfsmaster and mfsmetalogger by hand with text editor, if the holes
do not cover each other.
If this method do not work, some changes were lost in both changelog
files, you could delete changes after the "hole", then parts of data could
been recovered.
Do not give up, try again.
