Hi. There will be no problems. If you like you can stop whole cluster and than execute update. You can find instruction how to stop MooseFS cluster in our documentation, but basically this are the steps that you have to do to stop whole cluster. 1. Umount all clients 2. Stop master 3. Stop metaloggers 4.
